Ken Bridges, AIA, LEED AP, holds a bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and maintains a Colorado certified license to practice architecture along with being a LEED accredited professional, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable design practices. He has experience in residential, in particular, multi-family and speculative developments in Colorado and New Mexico. Prior to the formation of Blueline Architects, Ken worked for two nationally recognized design firms, Cottle Carr Yaw Architects of Basalt and Morter Architects of Vail. His design sensibilities stray away from stylistic categorization, but rather, unfold as a direct response to the site and the clients, resulting in each project having its own unique architectural solution.
Ken enjoys participating in the local youth lacrosse program since cofounding it in 2001, commuting to work on his bicycle, backcountry telemark skiing, and taking in the breathtaking beauty of the State by going on the occasional motorcycle ride when the weather allows for it.
