Blueline Architects has donated schematic design services for the redevelopment of this much-loved, but aging preschool and daycare facility in our community of Minturn.  By working with the non-profit board to provide funding and redevelopment options which include affordable employee housing and LEED certification options, we hope that a new facility will continue “Pooh Corners” long history and strong reputation for serving the children of our community.
