In an effort to address the growing need for senior housing, Eagle County sponsored this low income development consisting of 14 fully accessible units and a maintenance garage.  These 680 sf one and two bedroom apartments are located in three one-story buildings with low maintenance exterior materials for long term durability.  The articulated facades and color scheme create identifiable entries and privacy for patios in the rear.
