Located in Cascade Village, this three and four-story high end condominium project consists of 13 units ranging in size from 2500 sf to 4000 sf divided amongst two buildings resting on top of a single level parking garage.  Tucked into the hillside with Interstate-70 running along the North side of the buildings, the units orient predominantly to the South towards Vail Ski Resort.  Through the use of color, materials, and decks, the large facades were broken down to immolate row houses from the street and not dominate its surrounding residential context.
